Safe and Easy Methods to Pay the Fees Online

University students are eligible to Pay Online University fee payments. The portal is extensively used by the university.

University finance department has created the web portal and an app to facilitate all kinds of online payments and providing University fee portal in India. The fees types include recurring fee or monthly fee, annual fee, transport fee, hostel fee, tuition fee and so on.

Payment Methods:

If payment is to be made online, Click on "Pay online" and you will be directed to online portal, wherein you have to select your mode of payment like debit card, credit card, NEFT/RTGS and so on. Always read the given instructions carefully before initiating the payment. Do not mind seeking the help from the available experts if you are not clear or if you have any doubts while making the payment.

Always verify that your card limit before proceeding to online payment. If the pending amount is higher than your card limit, follow the below guidelines:

Choice 1: To make the full payment in one go, try to get a temporary approval from the concerned Bank

Choice 2: You may be prompted to choose any component to pay the University fees. The components are like Transport fee and Tuition Fee etc.

If your banking transaction is successful, the payment will reflect in the University fee portal in India in next three working days.

Instructions

For some reasons, if the transaction has failed, you are advised to wait for 3 days before making the payment again. For any discrepancy of online fee, always approach accounts department. You can also approach them for refund (if applicable). Make sure you have a valid proof of your bank statement or transaction reference to get the applicable reversal. While making payment via net banking or via cards, it is a great practise to make a note of the reference and transaction Details (the detailed you shared with the bank). In case of duplicate payment, end user to approach accounts department for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.
